  The EDX coaching staff is incredibly knowledge about the human body. Over my 6 weeks at this box they have been able to quickly pinpoint mobility/ musculature “fixes” and explain the why’s behind mobilizing that particular area. The small class size creates an individualized feel despite the fact that you are taking a group fitness class. The programming for this box is informed by both the data collected from athletes in the gym and Angelo’s vast experience coaching functional movements. Despite missing my barbell fix, the programming at EDX has helped develop a base level of strength and conditioning that I can take out and use in my everyday adventures. Getting back to my pre-baby weight in 6 weeks was a nice side effect too!
