  Young man in dark gray beanie and red shirt was beyond helpful, sweet and genuine when I asked for help. It’s super apparent he’s such a hard worker, humble and willing to be there for whatever the customers and business needs. Thank you sir, much appreciated!

  Called in my order ahead of time. Got there and saw they were busy, so expected a wait. Didn’t expect half an hour. Watched someone go clean tables, then come back and start working with the food and not wash his hands. Got home and they forgot some of our order. The kid on the phone said they could refund it, went to tell the manager, and I could hear the conversation as she’s bad mouthing me, laughing like I’m ridiculous for being upset that I’m missing food. She gets on the phone 5 minutes later, and was shocked that I knew what had been said. And didn’t offer me the refund the other guy said I could get. I will never go back to this location. They were rude, and it wasn’t very good.
