  Pros:
  Great location.
  Easy parking.
  Clean well lit therapy areas.
  Equipment used is clean and well maintained.
  Desk staff is intelligent, helpful and caring.
  They work very hard to make sure all insurance issues or needs are solved quickly, so client impact is minimal.
  Scheduling is flexible and easy.
  Therapists are all knowledgeable, compassionate, involved and very kind. Often I observed collaboration and support for each therapist.
  No matter the person, the mood or the day, everyone is treated with respect and compassion for their injuries.
  
  Cons:
  Well, I really can't think of any earthly reason not to choose Ability Physical Therapy.
  
  In closing, my experience with Ability PT was far above any other physical therapy or occupational therapy office I have used. My therapist in particular, Liz A. was a godsend for my continued healing. Not only did she assist me through each visit, but worked on a post PT plan to continue on after I didn't need visits anymore.
